Hair Care Instructions
1. Prepare the Conditioner: Add hair conditioner to a basin of water and ensure it is thoroughly mixed.
2. Dilute the Shampoo: Fully dissolve the shampoo in a separate basin of water.
3. Detangle with Care: Gently comb your hair using a wide-toothed comb to remove any tangles before washing.
4. Wash Gently: Immerse the wig in the shampoo solution and wash it carefully. Avoid twisting or wringing the hair.
5. Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse the wig with clean water to remove any shampoo or conditioner residue.
6. Squeeze Excess Water: After rinsing, gently squeeze the hair to remove excess water, taking care not to twist.
7. Towel Dry: Blot the wig with a towel to absorb remaining moisture.
8. Air Dry: Allow the wig to dry naturally by laying it flat or placing it on a wig stand in a well-ventilated area.

PATCH TEST Patch Test Required
For any product applied to the skin, a patch test ensures verification of product suitability so negative reactions to tape/adhesive/skincare can be prevented.
Patch test method:
1. Place a small amount of adhesive/tape on an area of sensitive skin. Put a bandaid over the adhesive/tape/skincare product and leave on overnight.
2. Remove the band-aid the following day and check for any reaction.
3. If there is any redness or irritation, do not use the product. Also, check to make sure that the bond/product didn’t release from the skin. If no irritation occurred and (in the application of tape/glue) the bond was secure, the product may be used with confidence.
Orders are usually shipped the same working day when completed payments are received by 1pm GMT. In the current climate, this may be extended to one working day.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
