Order Processing
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM GMT on a business day will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and successful payment processing.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (UK): 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping (UK): 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking & Signature Requirements
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, a card will be left with re-delivery or collection instructions.
