Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your experience with HairCareDelight. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

What is your return window?

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.

Which items cannot be returned?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used hair products, adhesives, wigs, lashes, or removers
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Gift cards and downloadable software
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@haircaredelight.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

How do I start a return?

Email orders@haircaredelight.co.uk for authorisation and a return reference number. Do not return items without authorisation.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All refunds are in GBP (£). We are not responsible for bank charges or currency conversion differences.

Are partial refunds possible?

Yes, in certain situations including:

  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Opened media (e.g. CDs, DVDs)
What if I haven’t received my refund?
  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Check with your bank

Can sale items be refunded?

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale and discounted items are final sale unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with your order number to arrange an exchange.

How are gifts handled?

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the gift was sent to the buyer, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Use a trackable, insured service—especially for items over £75. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does it take to receive an exchange?

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

What about text notifications?

By entering your phone number at checkout or subscribing, you agree to receive SMS updates (e.g. order status, promotions). To opt out, reply STOP. Message/data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email orders@haircaredelight.co.uk.
