How to Use:
1. Peel off the color liner (scored down the middle) to expose the adhesive.
2. Place the adhesive side onto the unit, avoiding direct contact with the adhesive.
3. Apply tape contours where needed on the hair system and repeat as necessary.
4. Peel off the remaining white liner pieces when ready to attach the unit to the scalp.
5. Press the hair system firmly onto the scalp, ensuring it stays in place without shifting.

Please ensure that adhesive tapes, glues and accessories are provided to a professional stylist with the appropriate training and expertise for the preperation/application/removal of Lace Wigs, Toupees, Hair Replacement Systems and Hair Extensions.
PATCH TEST Patch Test Required
For any product applied to the skin, a patch test ensures verification of product suitability so negative reactions to tape/adhesive/skincare can be prevented.
Patch test method:
1. Place a small amount of adhesive/tape on an area of sensitive skin. Put a bandaid over the adhesive/tape/skincare product and leave on overnight.
2. Remove the band-aid the following day and check for any reaction.
3. If there is any redness or irritation, do not use the product. Also, check to make sure that the bond/product didn’t release from the skin. If no irritation occurred and (in the application of tape/glue) the bond was secure, the product may be used with confidence.
Orders are usually shipped the same working day when completed payments are received by 1pm GMT. In the current climate, this may be extended to one working day.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
