Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

You have the right to cancel this Contract in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations and receive a refund from us, provided that the products are returned to us within 30 days and in their original unused condition.

 

To do this, you must inform us that you wish to cancel within 30 days and complete the returns process which can be found at:

 

 

You must return the product at your own cost unless the item is faulty, not as described or the product does not do what the product is supposed to do.

 

If a customer states that a product is faulty, they can request a return shipping label and return the product to us; so that a refund can be issued in accordance with distance selling regulations.

 

In relation to non faulty Products that have been returned to us, once the Products have been received back into our warehouse and their condition checked, you will receive a full refund. If the item(s) are not returned in a suitable condition (as determined by us acting reasonably), we reserve the right not to provide a refund.
